i'm pretty sure i know the answer, but is there any way to open up the garageband app that i have on my iphone 4s via USB on my PC? i'd like to be able to mess with the tracks on my computer as opposed to my phone if i can.
thanks

You can send your tracks to the PC as audio files but I kind of get the feeling that's not what your wanting to do. It would really be a one-way exchange -- you wouldn't be using the GB app from the PC. You'd just transfer GB tracks that have been encoded into an audio file to the PC.

Yeah, I think that's as good as it is going to get. The Mac OS X version of GB can open the iOS project files but on a PC you are pretty much limited to the audio file.

i had to convert the .m4a file that GB records in to an mp3 using a website i randomly found, and i was able to take those and dump them, track by track, into my PC recording dealy.
it's kind of a pain, but if that's what i gotta do then that's what i gotta do.
