Voting is open. Honestly, I was a bit more lenient than I thought I would be. Next year we'll make some improvements and some more specifics on the rules for what constitutes passing signal. However, if you posted something that had nothing hooked up cable-wise at least, you didn't get included for that entry. Sorry kids. There weren't many. At any rate, get your votes in.
