But don't want to pay 900 bucks lol. Will look for used. I think I want it or the Schecter Banshee.

I love my Banshee FR P. I also got a Schecter CR-6 recently that is awesome, and plan on getting a Reaper next year when they come out. The Schecter necks are great if you like thin, round, and narrow necks.

Thin round and narrow are the best necks :rawk: Drum city still has new leftys of the Banshee for 600. They have the emgs. I might just get it.

They don't come out until January or February. I plan on getting one when they are available. It will go well with my CR-6.

I am glad Schecter is starting to make more models that are not the same arch top, TOM bridge guitars. I am not a fan of those, but love their other models that use their Banshee style body.

I just wish Schecter and ESP would thin out the finish on the guitars of theirs I like. TBH, I have flipped the last two I acquired. The MH1000 I got was lifeless. Would have been the perfect studio guitar with EMGs in it. The MH327 I got used was a bit better, but I just gifted it to a kid that didn't have a guitar for Christmas.

Man it has rained all fall and winter so far. But we get nothing spring and summer. Whats up with that? As for amps, I love the EVH 5150 lll. The demos of both the 50 watt EL34 and 6L6 sound great. I want to compare both side by side. I loved that Stealth head, but its more then I wanna pay lol. But i'll swing it for the 50 watt head and 4x12. We'll see what happens.

It was like -20 here last week, and then 50 3 days later. Crazy weather that is all over the place.

I really want a 5150 III 50W. I think I would like one. I wish I could find one in stock to check out.

I got distracted though and bought a Jet City JCA1000HDM this week though, lol. I have been curious about them for years.

Yeah, I never have been either, but was curious enough. The JCA100 is basically a cheap copy of the Soldano HR+, so you can find many videos of that.

I have been playing with it a lot tonight, changing tubes, etc.... You would probably love it because it is a super bright amp, lol. I have been keeping the treble on like 3. It sounds pretty similar to this with the mids and treble really low. They used a HR+ for this album.

Honestly, I think this is the first tube amp I have bought in probably 10 years. I thought it would be fun to just have something simple. Something with just a few knobs that sounds good, that is a simple enough circuit I could maybe have some fun modding also. The Axe-FX II is amazing, but sometimes it is fun to just play with something that is simple, and less "perfect" sounding where you haven't tweaked 6 different EQs to make it sound how you want it.

I got the JCA100HDM a few months ago, but that is it.

The more interesting thing, is I decided to clean and reorganize my basement, and I moved some of my gear down in the basement. All my 100W+ tube heads went to the basement as they were killing my ears in my small office room. I can get it a little louder down there, and get further away from the cab.

I left my solid state, modelers, etc... in my office room.

Really what I have now, is all I need. I just play every once and a while when i'm bored. Thats why i'm thinking the Boss Katana. It sounds good, and they keep doing upgrades. Maybe i'm just in a slump. Maybe drugs and alcohol is the answer

Count me amongst the ranks. I'm currently cleaning up a VH140C for a friend and bought myself a Crate GX130C for $150.
