Hello From Tualatin Oregon
-been playin since 1971,about 22 yrs in bands total and a certified guitar junkie-I have a total of 17 electric guitars from a tele to a 72 SG to a 2005 Gibson LP Standard amber prem plus-as well as many 80s Ibanez, Washburn and Hamer guitars-current favs are a 2013 LP studio and a 1985 Ibanez roadstar 440. I live about 500 ft from the old Sunn plant that also built all Fender amps for a few years.

That thar is an early 1980's, Dimarzio Super Distortion
The original bridge pickup has been sitting in my sock drawer for over 30 years!

One of my all time favs!!!
Ive had more than one guitar with that p'up in it and loved it in every case. Dirty Fingers was another one of my "high output" paf type pups that I dug...but only in certain guitars. Where the superD grabs me right by the balls - in the right way
