TX stoner cowboy from hell!
How's everyone doin? Just wanted to say hello and I'm excited to talk to some people and learn more from the more informed gear nuts. I'm not backwoods, but I can't really afford the gear I want (times are tough man)so I've been learning to be smart and thrifty. Right now as far gear goes I have a Peavey Rockmaster preamp into a Carvin T-100 power amp with EL34s on top an Avatar cab 2x12 with Hellatones, good rock and metal tones surprisingly. An Epiphone Les Paul limited edition i don't know much about this other then it was purchased from Mars guitar shop in 2000 it came with Gibson humbuckers and says Gibson on the trust rod cover which I haven't seen anywhere else so if anyone knows that'd be cool. I also get to play through a Marshall JTM 60 combo, but the poor design makes you put a fan behind it. Dream rig? Verellen Skyhammer.Hovercraft Falcon or Sunn Model T with a 70/80s Yamaha SG1000 or Reverend Sensei and I'd be happy. Thanks for reading! Side note:Can new members not sell items? I couldn't find a link to made a topic, thanks.

Welcome to the fold brother!!! This is the best guitar/amp forum on the interwebznet!!!
I'm sure the other Texans will be by to say hello, real soon.
I think you need a minimum of 10 posts to be able to list something for sale.

Welcome. I am a native Texan, living in Illinois sadly. You will fit in just fine around here. Feel free to enter the doom thread going on right now.

Sup dude! What part of Texas are you in? I'm in Austin.
In your other thread Diocide mentioned getting a GT120 preamp pedal - if you put that in front of your power amp you could probably get close enough to the Matamp sound

Welcome to GAB AL! Good to see you rocking the budget rig with good tones. A wise man said - its better to know the gear you have than having the nicest gear.
