New to the board, my name is troy i am from New Orleans. below is a pic of my current rig.

Thanks, it's a Kjl dirty 30 head and a Kjl 2x12 cab. From what I know it's a company that is based in Louisiana and Tennessee they make handwired guitar amps but I don't think they are in business still... I could be wrong. Randy Jackson from zebra plays one and he is pretty well known down here in New Orleans so thats how I heard of them.

Amp is 30 watts, using two 6550s and four 12ax7s but I'll be changing the tubes out soon(haven't settled on what I want yet). It has a 3 band switchable midrange witch I thought was pretty weird until I messed around with it, really gives the amp a ton of diffent tone possibilities. It also has a class a/ab switch on the back, class ab gives it a slight overdrive when the preamp is cranked to 10 but I keep it on class a and just use my OCD. The amp reminds me of a matchless or dr z. They are pretty rare to find this is the second one I've seen and the only one that was for sale. One day I'll get around to recording some clips for you guys, there is a few on YouTube but they don't give the amp justice.

Naw man, I live about an hour northwest of Lafayette. I do get down to New Orleans a few times a year, though.
