Reaper Themes, whatcha using?
Been messing around with different looks and setups, as I've been using Reaper in the stock format for years and got bored looking at it lol. Dig this one lately, undocked the mixer for more room.

You guys use the stock screen or have a theme you dig?

Re: Reaper Themes, whatcha using?
Granted, I only have about 40 hours on it, but I'm using the stock display. Curious what you guys are using tho...
Re: Reaper Themes, whatcha using?
White Tie Imperial. Killer - however it needs two monitors (at least one of which needs to be 1080 lines)

Love that White Tie Grime......I don't have room for the 2 monitor setup otherwise that's the one I'd be using.

It's seriously awesome. Makes it well worth the extra monitor.

Re: Reaper Themes, whatcha using?
Geez you guys look like you know wtf you are doing. I am using the stock theme. I have two monitors but didn't know Reaper could be all spread out like that...or I do I need that specific theme? I am curious as I may like to change it up and use the second monitor if possible (and it seems possible).

You don't need that theme to spread it out, Reaper is pretty much customizable in any way you can think of. You can undock the mixer at the bottom and just move it over to the other screen if you want. Right click on the mixer tab (underneath it on the bottom left) and there's a ton of choices. Hell, right click on anything in Reaper and there's a big list of options that'll come up.
Far as what we're using, like I said, I just got tired of looking at the same theme. There's a list on the Reaper forum with like 39 pages of themes you can try. Basically DL it as a zip file and open it and click on it, and it'll change the skin, and then however many you DL and load up, they'll be in the options forever.
Here's the list:

Re: Reaper Themes, whatcha using?
Thanks for the tips. I don't use a fraction of the options that Reaper has...which is probably why my recordings suck so hard. Thx again.

I'm running the "No Reaper" theme with the low latency "editing in this software sucks a$$ in comparison to other DAW software" VST running in the background (which might actually be the higher latency "dumba$$ just needs to figure it out or STFU" VST instead

Hey - that's cool, man - on all fronts
Dual monitor with undocked mixer rules all. Try that White Tie theme I posted above if you have at least one display running 1050 lines - it's really great

Re: Reaper Themes, whatcha using?
The Pro Tools theme is pretty sweet and I used to use the Imperial White Tie but really dig the API look....

Ehh... you guys are insane! It switched with the last version & that gave me such great irritation. I switched it to the classic.

About that time. This one is called Commala 5.....one of the things I dig the most about it is that the mixer is resizable, which means you can dock it under your tracks, no matter how small of a monitor you're working with.

Re: Reaper Themes, whatcha using?
I like the White Tie Imperial as well, clean lines! I am finding that most DAWs really benefit from a dual monitor setup. I need to get another monitor for use with Mixbus 32c. One for the mixer, and one for the editor - just like you can do with Reaper.

I'd like another one too, I love that WT Imperial, just don't have the space for it.

Been almost two years......was using Funktion for a while, but found a basic black I dig. This one is cool because the mixer is so small, but if you double click on the top of it it blows up to full screen.
