Hello! New guy who loves distortion

Post by Horny for Rock »

Long time lurker, and I love the forum.

I have up and down finances, so I'm going to try and focus on quality cheap gear. This seems like a great place to trade info and tips.

So I'd like to take this moment to say Welcome to the new guy. :thu: This is a GREAT place to get solid recommendations on great sounding "poverty gear" as we like to call it. We're not all stuck up about it, when you're new. :cop:

But to continue on the opportunity my good friend Grime presented, I do have a couple REALLY SOLID quality sounding pedals. You may have heard of a Klon overdrive. It's only like the most famous sought after tone of all time. Well I have an alleged clone (EHX Soul Food) that has been modified by reputable company (JHS) to be even more of an exacting klone. $70 shipped.

I also have a MXR 6 band EQ for the same price, but you probably don't need something like that anytime soon.
