I think it hits retail this summer. Randall is always slow.
If you can't find a Randall dealer, just buy it from MF and use the money back guarantee if you don't like it.

I seem to like the RGOD, the MI Megalith and the Empress heavy the best.

Lots of choices! I wonder how they sound. There is one guy on the board that might have, he likes these off brands.

The Railmaster looks the most interesting. Artec makes pickups for GFS, too. The rest are similar to what GFS offers.

The Orange looks the most promising. Two Notes making preamps is fucking crazy. I doubt whether the Lead model will be better than the AMT SS-11b (as far as tube based pedals go), which has just been revamped.

I didn't know it had been revamped. I'll have to check it out.

Which sounds better between the SS-20, and SS-30? Didn't you demo the 30?

I owned the SS-30 for a few years. It's solid state. The SS-20 was their first tube preamp pedal. It had one tube. The SS-11a/b have twin tube cascading gain stages. They were meant to be the upgrade from the SS-20.

Glad I don't live in Baltimore. Its all messed up. I still wanna get rid of my amp and pedals, and just get a amp with nice built in distortion. I have no idea what i'll get yet. Guess we'll see.

Ordered the Calig Railmaster pickup. Tired of the BLUSA bridge pickup. The 500R sounds excellent in the neck, though.
