Just a few, quick updates...

hey guys,
So I made a few changes to make the forum easier to use and improve traffic on other sub-forums:


1- Less Categories - We had separate categories for classifieds, lessons, reviews etc. This is nor consolidated into 2 main categories "Gear" and "General Discussions" , that should make the forum easier to navigate and bring more attention to the reviews etc..

2- Guitar Reviews and Bass Reviews forums are now consolidated - since we only had 3 bass reviews in 6 months, I don't see a point in having a separate forum for it. Bass reviews ARE still welcome.

3- GAB Calendar forum - one my goals is to always support the music/bands/projects of our members, so this forum is being created as basically as gig/cd/event SPAM forum. If you or your band is doing anything exciting that you want to promote, definitely post it there.


4- GAB Artist Spotlight will soon change from bi-weekly to weekly - We have a good backlog of bands waiting to go into the spotlight section, so I think we can increase the frequency from every 2 weeks to every week. This way we can get bands up there faster.
