I was listening to some annoying conversations at the Christmas dinner table thinking, "I should just get wasted so I can be a catatonic douche tonight." This song is my tribute to that moment.

Thanks a lot dude. I didn’t put a whole lot of work into it. Lol.

That drum and bass pattern was just slammin out of the box on that analog drum machine.

Yeah, no shit. After this song, this drum machine immediately went to my "must-have" list. Sounds fucking awesome.

Agreed, it definitely sounds like soundtrack material. I also listened to Windows to Your Grave again, so good!

Thanks a lot dude! It’s funny you mention “window to your grave “. It’s one of my least favorite of this generation of stuff. I never really settled on the style in that song. Plus, I recorded the whole thing with a choir mic with the monitors in the room. The bleed kept building up. I had to remaster it big time just to make it listenable.

Fwiw, I couldn’t sleep and all i could hear in my mind was “catatonic douche”. It started to drive me crazy in a bad way.

If you want to check one out, listen to “unhealthy obsession “. The sound captured at the end really gets me going. The amp sounded like it was on fire.

No way! I’m playing creameries in most of my guitars atm. I love them.
