Sold some pedals to Sweetwater in the used section
I don't have time for reverb and their 20% cut. I don't have time to pack shit. I don't have time to drive to the post office. I can't deal with buyers canceling or returning, or getting robbed, etc. I was like fuck this and just drove three boxes of pedals to sweetwater.
it took 2.5 hours. Got to have coffee and play a king fish tele deluxe through a mk vii. It was okay, then I plugged the kingfish into a crazy overpriced magnatone. It was killer. felt right at home, but not $3600 at home.
any way, I finally see the guys wrapping up......
Got $4,210 back!!!

Yeah I do the same thing here with Atomic Music.
If it's a big ticket item I will put it on Reverb and try to get close to my full price for it, but pedals and cheaper gear, I just take to Atomic Music and sell it to them. It's less money but I get a check or store credit right away and no hassle.

48 pedals.
There's 48 listings I don't have to make.
48 customers who won't complain.
48 trips to the post office.
48 packing jobs.
300 reverb messages.
250 pictures I don't need to take.
feels good

Hopefully no SUF pedals?
I would have tried to buy them from you and asked zero questions… well other than ask if they’re for sale
But Feelsgoodman. The general population sucks

Sorry man. These got chopped:
Sonic generator
Tri dirty boost
La scatollo nero
Fwiw, I wouldn’t have sold them if they were up to snuff with your red army.
Let me know if you’re interested in a black russian, a pumkin pi, a classic triangle, or a special ram’s head. I might have an extra red menace too. (A special og 3 knob) I’ll see what i have if you really want something.

I sold all but one of my amps and most of my pedals to Guitar Center last year. Wait time was anywhere from 30 minutes to 7 hours.

Re: Sold some pedals to Sweetwater in the used section
Over the past year I posted two groups of about 7 to 10 pedals for sale on FB Marketplace and CL. Within two days I had an offer from a guy in California to buy them for wholesale'ish prices as a group. After some negotiating, it was much easier to sell and ship that way instead of $100 here and $75 bucks there until they were all gone. I have a few pedals now that were going to be posted locally but I don't feel like dealing with the BS for $100.

Nice!!
I stopped selling online ages ago but it seems like things in that arena are practically to the point these days that you aren't getting -that- much more than what shop will give you. and you get to avoid the hassle and dumbasses
