Thou are pretty much the heaviest band that will ever exist. They are always perfectly in the pocket of being utterly horrible in exactly the right way. They recently put out a Collab with mizmor, really digging in to some ultra doomy shit on top of their sludge. One track stands out as one of the heaviest things I have ever heard. It starts off in a pallbearer trad/funeral doom vibe and just fucking goes off on one from there.

May not appeal to everyone but I dig the shit out of Emma Ruth Rundle and the album she did with them is killer.
